Used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles. Strokes may involve the heel of the hand, fingertips and thumbs, and move in or against the direction of the muscle fibers to slowly work into deeper layers.

Being pregnant is such a special time, but it can take a lot of physical tolls on a womans body: aching back, swollen feet, tired limbs. We offer a series of stretching, strengthening and posturing massages to reduce bloating and stimulate blood flow. Available to mothers-to-be at any stage during their pregnancy, this is completely safe for the child in the womb and beneficial for relaxation.
